All purchases made through Servanthood Daily are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item has a verified manufacturing defect.


📌 Manufacturing Defect Replacements

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a claim, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

After verification, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


📌 What Is Not Considered a Manufacturing Defect

The following are not eligible for replacement:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect use
  • Slight color or texture variations
  • Shipping delays
  • Incorrect sizing chosen at checkout
